Minimum Booking Requirement:

Amanie only travels for full bridal parties, which must include:

• Minimum of 4 people. Eg Bride + 3 Bridesmaids OR Bride + 2 Bridesmaids + Mother (minimum of 4 people total)
  • Separate mobile services for bridesmaids or family members are not available, these services are in-salon only.
    
    

Pricing:

Pricing varies depending on:

• Bridal party size
• Time required for completion
• Location
  
  

Deposit & Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure all bookings. Your date remains open until payment is received.
• The deposit will be deducted from your final total on the day.
• Acceptable payment methods:
  • Credit Card (2.5% surcharge applies) – over the phone.
  • Cash payment – in salon.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding require full payment for all services listed in the contract.
• Cancellations before 30 days will not incur additional charges, but deposits remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

Additional Fees:

• A public holiday or long weekend surcharge applies.
• Early Call-Out Fee: If makeup is required before 9:00 AM, an additional fee applies, starting from $50.00.
• If your booking is at a hotel, the parking fee will be added to your total on the wedding day.

Allergies & Sensitivities:

• Clients must provide a list of any known allergies or reactive ingredients before makeup application.
• Amanie Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions if no prior ingredient list is provided.

Changes to Booking:

• If anyone cancels or drops out of the package, inform Amanie as soon as possible.
• Package pricing may change accordingly.
• Any changes must be made in writing.

Price Adjustments:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is confirmed and locked in with a deposit.

All brides receive the following free gifts:

✔ Free makeup application (glitter eyeshadow, lip gloss & blush) for two flower girls (under 10 years old).
✔ Free set of silk eyelashes for the bride.
✔ Free Deluxe Spray Tan for the bride.
✔ Complimentary deluxe silk eyelashes.

Your wedding date is NOT secured until a bridal contract is signed and the deposit is paid. The date will remain available for other bookings until both are completed.
